I woke up this morning thinking how very lucky I am to be able to share my life's passion with so many wonderful people at My Yoga.
Last night's candlelight class was incredible. Thank you Holly, Madison, Sterling, Erin, Mary and Tracy for sharing your spiritual practice with me. I am so grateful to have so many wonderful students. My heart smiles with pure love and joy!!!!!!!

Greetings and {sun} salutations this Monday morning!
I'm pleased to say that my workout was done by 8am! I am NOT one of those that has to, likes to, or wants to wake up before the roosters to get my workout done. But today, to be taught by my favorite yoga instructor at My Yoga, I made it to a 6:30am hot yoga class. This is epic for me. Epic.
